Terms of Service

EarShot is a human music feedback service operated by Big City. Subscribers may submit up to 5 music tracks per month. Big City listens and provides written feedback on the strongest 1–2 tracks, including a best-moment timestamp. The first track review is free and does not require a credit card.

EarShot is not a promotion, playlist-placement, label-submission, streaming-growth, or guaranteed-results service. EarShot does not use AI to review tracks and does not promise playlist adds, streams, sales, signings, audience growth, or any other commercial outcome.

The paid service is a €9.99/month recurring subscription processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

Submit only tracks you own or have permission to share for feedback. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, or malicious content, and do not use EarShot to send spam, files intended to harm systems, or content that violates another person's rights.

You retain all rights to your music. By submitting a track, you grant EarShot only the limited rights needed to receive, store, listen to, assess, and respond with feedback on that track. EarShot does not receive ownership of your music and will not publish or promote your tracks without your permission.

EarShot aims to provide thoughtful human feedback, but creative judgment is subjective and the service is provided without a guarantee of a specific result. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, EarShot is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or business outcomes connected to your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
