EarShot collects the email address you submit, the music tracks or links you provide for review, messages connected to your submission, and basic subscription status needed to provide the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; EarShot does not store your card number, CVC, or full payment credentials.

EarShot uses your data to deliver feedback, contact you about submissions, manage the free first review, manage the paid subscription, handle support requests, prevent abuse, and keep basic operational records.

Stripe handles recurring monthly subscription payments. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention signals, and receipts according to its own privacy terms. EarShot receives only the information needed to know whether a subscription is active and to support customers.

The website uses NanoCorp analytics to understand site usage, including page views, route changes, clicks on interactive elements, JavaScript errors, and Core Web Vitals. This helps EarShot improve the landing page and detect technical problems. EarShot does not sell analytics data.

EarShot does not sell personal data or submitted tracks. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run EarShot, such as Stripe for payments, hosting and database providers, email or support tools, and analytics providers, or when required by law.

EarShot keeps data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and payment records, handle disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to records EarShot must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
